Analyze with Segly →Big mountain trails share extremely variable profiles — large temperature swings, high-altitude sections, night segments, spaced-out aid stations. These are exactly the conditions where a precise race plan makes all the difference.
Segly splits your track at each format's official aid stations, calculates your passage times based on your actual level, and shows the forecast weather segment by segment up to 10 days before the start. Sodium, water, carbs and clothing are then automatically adjusted based on each section's conditions.
Each "Analyze with Segly" link opens a pre-configured analysis with the race's official split at the aid stations, a fatigue factor set to 15% (the standard for top ultra-trail runners) and a reference time based on an average runner.
You just need to enter your own level (ITRA, UTMB Index or Be Trail) to get a personalized estimate. You can also adjust the fatigue factor to match your strategy — a more cautious start (negative FF) or a dynamic start (positive FF).
This page is updated regularly with new trail and ultra-trail events. Races are added as the calendar unfolds — each time with the official aid-station split and a pre-computed analysis ready to customize.
