By using the Segly app, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Segly is a web and mobile application that allows you to analyze GPX files, segment outdoor routes (running, trail, hiking), and provide detailed statistics to help you prepare or structure your training.

• Import and analysis of GPX tracks
• Automatic segmentation by several modes (key points, slope, custom distance, etc.)
• Calculation of statistics (distance, elevation, slope, difficulty, estimated speed, etc.)
• Export and sharing of results

3. Use of the Application

3.1 Access

Access to Segly is free for basic features. Some advanced features may be reserved for premium users. The app may contain advertisements.

3.2 User Account

No account creation is required for GPX analysis. If you use features requiring an account (e.g., private clubs, saving), you agree to provide accurate information.

3.3 Appropriate Use

You agree to use Segly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. It is forbidden to:

• Use the app fraudulently or abusively
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Harm other users or the integrity of the service

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, sounds, data, algorithms) is the exclusive property of Segly or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Segly provides analyses and advice for informational purposes only. The app does not replace medical or professional advice. Before any intensive training, consult a health professional.

Segly cannot be held responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents related to the use of the app's results
• Errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions
• Data loss or technical damage

6. Modification of Terms

Segly reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the app. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using Segly at any time. Segly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of non-compliance with the Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
