When does the year of Premium start?
On the day of activation, not the day of purchase. Your loved one can keep the code and activate it right before their next training block. The code must be activated within 12 months of purchase.
What if my loved one already has a Segly subscription?
No problem: with the 1-year pass, their next renewal is pushed back by a year, so they pay nothing for the whole length of the gift. With the lifetime pass, their subscription ends at the end of the period already paid.
What does “for life” mean?
Premium access with no end date, on the account that activates the code, for as long as the Segly service exists. All new features are included.
Is there an automatic renewal?
No. It's a one-off payment. At the end of the gifted year, the account goes back to free, unless your loved one chooses to subscribe.
My loved one doesn't speak English, is that OK?
Yes: choose the card language (French, English or Spanish). The printable card, the email they receive and the activation page will be in their language, and you get your confirmation in yours.
Do I need a Segly account to give it?
No, your email is enough to receive the code and the invoice. Only the person activating the code needs to sign in or create a (free) account.
